Returns Policy
Items purchased from Gingerlily can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the shipment in most cases. During this period, you may try on the product and examine it as you would if you were purchasing something in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way. You are allowed to remove the product from its packaging, unless it is sealed.
If you decide to return the items, you must let us know by filling out the returns form on our website, or by using the withdrawal form template below.
You can return your online purchase up to 14 days after receiving the package.
Unwanted items can be returned to our online store.
ONLINE RETURN
In the event of a withdrawal, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by clicking on the link below: Make a return.
After that, please drop off the package at the nearest La Poste / Colissimo Point Relais. Please note that it may take 3 to 14 working days for the package to reach our warehouse.
Food products cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
NB: in accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized products are EXCLUDED from the right of withdrawal.
Cut products: chains by the meter, cords, fabrics, ribbons, and other cut items are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned/refunded.

Please note that we do not pick up returned items from Parcel Relay Points.
The amount of your balance will be refunded to you using the same payment method as when you made your purchase. The amount will be refunded within 5 business days. Once the return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email confirming your return.
In case of a package returned to our company for different reasons (for example, unclaimed package, NPAI - not living at the address indicated -, refused package etc.), the goods will only be reshipped at the customer's expense. The re-shipping costs will be charged at the actual cost estimated by the carrier taking into account the weight and volume of the item, and no longer on the basis of a minimized flat rate as displayed on the site during the sale. In case of a refund request, it will be made with a deduction of our actual shipping costs.
Packages unclaimed at a pick-up point within the timeframe indicated by the carrier are automatically returned to the sender. Once the package is returned to the seller, the buyer will be refunded the amount of their order (excluding delivery costs), using the same payment method as for the purchase. If the customer wishes to have their package resent, they will have to place a new order. A minimum amount of €6 will be deducted from the refund (management and processing fees for the return).
When making a return, you are responsible for proper packaging of the item. You bear the risks of the package/items until we have received the package. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any tracking number. If the item was delivered in special packaging, the item must also be returned in its original and undamaged packaging. Please note that the seal must be intact on care and cosmetic products in case of return.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a claim on products that have been personalized by the customer on cut products,
COMPLAINTS
If you wish to make a complaint regarding your purchase on gingerlilyperles.fr, you must submit your complaint here:
We will ask you to enter your order number, attach a photo of the error, and describe it.
The following types of items cannot be returned:
- Services that have been started with the buyer's consent. such as: custom-cut products (ribbons, threads, cords), custom-made products (logo engraving)
- Products that have been custom-made according to specifications provided by the buyer. such as: jewelry, custom assembly
- Products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons. such as: earrings
- Products that are delivered sealed and cannot be returned with a broken seal.
