How to make a return?

You have 14 days* after receiving your order to return your parts to us.

Supplies must be returned in their original condition , unused, with all accessories and in their original packaging for return (bubble envelope or cardboard as well as the product well packaged in its plastic sleeve and card for better protection).

If you wish to return a supply that you believe to be defective , please contact us. Do not return the product without informing us.
Our logistics department may take a long time to process your return and issue your refund.

Please clearly state your first and last name inside the package in order to limit the processing time for your return as much as possible.

2. Prepare your return package

Returns are at your expense.

Place the parts to be returned in the box/envelope of your choice.
Add the return voucher.

3. Send the package

We invite you to declare your package as “returned goods” to avoid customs charges*.
Make sure to have your proof of deposit stamped and keep it until reimbursement.

*For a return to a country subject to customs fees , choose the same carrier as for delivery to avoid additional charges.

Upon receipt, we will refund you, so you can place a new order if you wish.
