How to make a return?

You have 14 days* after receipt of your order to return your parts to us.

The supplies must be returned in their original condition , unused, with all accessories and in their original packaging for return (bubble envelope or cardboard as well as the product well packaged in its plastic sleeve and card for a better protection).

If you wish to return a supply that you believe is defective , please click here and do not use the label present in the package. Our logistics department may take a long time to process your return and process your refund.

Please specify your first and last name inside the package in order to minimize the processing time of your return.

1. Go to My Account

  • Connect to gingerlily.fr to declare your return in the My Account > My Returns area.
  • Click on 'Return a Return' and choose the order number in question, then follow the instructions.

2. Prepare your return package

Returns are your responsibility.

  • Place the parts to be returned in the box/envelope of your choice.

3. Send the package

  • Ship your package to the following address:

  • We invite you to declare your package as “return of goods” to avoid customs fees*.
  • Make sure you have your proof of deposit stamped, and keep it until reimbursement.

*For a return to a country subject to customs fees , choose the same carrier as delivery to avoid additional costs.

Upon receipt, we will refund you, so you can place a new order if you wish.
